Flood Resilience Campaign
Prepare and Be Aware Flood Resilience Campaign – please help spread the word
We’re delighted to share with you our latest flood resilience campaign.
The campaign has been developed to support people and communities to be better prepared for flooding and encourage and inspire action when it matters most.
You can help support communities across Scotland to be ready for flooding this winter by sharing our information.
Flooding can affect anyone, disrupting travel and damaging homes. SEPA work 24/7, 365 days a year to help communities and businesses by providing services, advice, and information to help reduce the impact of flooding.
The campaign, launched this week, will run nationally until February 2027, supported by paid social media advertising across our digital channels. Enhanced communications activity will also take place in the Scottish Borders, Argyll & Bute, and Dundee & Angus, with targeted activity across radio, social media and digital platforms.
We would be grateful if Largo Area were to get involved and, in your role, support flood awareness and community resilience by using our toolkit across your own channels, helping us to reach more of Scotland’s communities.
